Your order will be shipped next business day after you place the order (except for weekends or holidays). It will be shipped by UPS or Canada Post. All orders are shipped by ground and will take 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location. You can obtain tracking number of your order by emailing contact@ukrainianmusicstore.com

You may return products purchased at Ukrainian Music Store within 15 days from the date your purchase was shipped. www.ukrainianmusicstore.com will refund your original payment for the product once all criteria are met, and the product is received. The product must be in reasonable condition with original packaging, or www.ukrainianmusicstore.com may charge for damage by reducing the amount of the refund. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:

• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of original price.

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from www.ukrainianmusicstore.com You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 7 business days of our receiving your return.
